We may subcontract some aspects of service delivery. However, Salt Lake City Tile oversees project quality, scheduling, and communication unless otherwise specified.
2. Project Scope and Estimates
Quotes and estimates provided on our site or in-person are non-binding until a formal written agreement is executed. All scope, timelines, and material specifications must be agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to revise any quote due to material price changes, scope adjustments, or unforeseen site conditions.
3. No Guarantee or Warranty
While we strive to deliver high-quality workmanship, Salt Lake City Tile does not guarantee or warrant:
- The performance of third-party subcontractors or suppliers
- Results affected by existing site conditions, materials outside our control, or post-installation usage
- Any specific aesthetic or functional outcome unless explicitly documented in writing
Any warranties offered on materials are provided directly by the manufacturer.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salt Lake City Tile shall not be held liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of use, business, income, or opportunity
- Injuries or damage occurring after project completion
- Delays due to weather, supplier shortages, or labor availability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services under the specific project agreement.
5. Customer Responsibilities
As a user or client, you agree to:
- Provide clear access to the job site, including parking and storage for materials
- Disclose known site conditions or hazards before work begins
- Review and approve materials before installation
- Make timely payments according to agreed-upon terms
You are responsible for maintaining the completed work, including regular cleaning and proper use of installed tile or flooring.
6. Intellectual Property
All images, branding, site content, marketing copy, and project photos used on this site are the exclusive property of Salt Lake City Tile or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without written permission.
We may use photos or videos of completed work for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before the project starts.
7. Changes to Terms
Salt Lake City Tile reserves the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time without notice. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our site or services implies acceptance of any revisions.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
